Jo's Workout

Double H Snatch / Press / Front Squat
5 reps x 5 sets with 26# KBs
5 reps x 15 sets with 18# KBs
:30 sec rest between sets
25 reps with 26# KBs
75 reps with 18# KBs = 100 reps total

legs are fatigued / shoulders are on fire!
