mountain climbers
kettlebell high pulls
kettlebell thrustrers

*Do :30 seconds at each movement, non-stop from one to the next.
1:30 rest between rounds

Double Thrusters (squat, stand up & press) :30 x :30 rest.
Double Renegade Rows :30 x :30 rest.
Double Squats :30 x :30 rest
Double Cleans :30 x :30 rest

Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
