Maxwell BW Workout - Circuit Style (w/Shamus)

 
 

Push Ups: (Regular, Superman, Hindu, Half Moon) 10

Pull Ups: 5

Dips: (Straps & Bar) 5

Cossack Squat: 10

Windshield Wipers: 10

X 6 Circuits (240 reps)

 
 

Went to Judo class afterwards for 1.5 hrs.
