Hi Jo Did you get 100 reps in 10min with the 16kg jerks? Just curious I have hard time keeping my strength up with the 16kg although I have never done just jerks( just the C&J), I can go for 15min straight but I cannot keep up a good pace toward the end, I would imagine if I tried to do only jerks my shoulders would fatigue really fast.
I was able to keep the pace of 10 reps per minute 5 right 5 left throughout the whole 10 minute workout. I could not have done that pace if i was doing C&J though...that may be where your fatigue comes into play. Cleaning a 16kg each time does take a lot out of my stamina too :o)...
