Squats: 2 sets of 5 w/ bar (Warm-up)
            3 sets of 5 w/ 85lbs

Press: 2 sets of 5 w/ bar (Warm-up)
          3 sets of 5 w/ 60lbs

Dead Lift: 2 sets of 5 w/ 65lbs (Warm-up)
                3 sets of 5 w/ 145lbs
