KBM – Lite Day
Jo, Shamus & Brett completed this yesterday on schedule. I wasn't able to do mine yesterday, so I did it first thing this morning.
DSW x 5 DSN x 5 SSP x 5 X 5 sets, with 1:15 rest between sets.
