KBM – Heavy Day
Taught a KB private to a new guy at the Fly from 11:30-1:00, then met Brandon for lunch.
KBM - Heavy Day - Gym 5:40pm
DCL x 5 DMP x 5 DFS x 5 DPP x 5 DFS x 5 X 4 sets, with 1:30 rest between sets.
