Jo's Second Training Week / swing workout

I did my 30 minute swing workout today. 2:00 on :30 active rest, finished 15 sets (30 minutes or work and 7:30 of active rest). I feel a bit fatigued, lower back still getting sore but I out did my last week swing workout by 10 minutes! Yeah me! Tomorrow is my short run...6 am here I come :)!

    You HS swinging or more relaxed?
    Are you 2 hand swing or 1 or combo of both.?
    Just curious.

    It's Danny. Her HR was between 137 & 148. She is using a more relaxed tech. like you taught me, and she's using a combo of 1 & 2 hand.
    Is her HR ok, for the big picture, or should she move up to the 26#?
    About to post her numbers for her run from Tues. evening.
